Self defense mechanism

Amazing what you can do when pressed. Its just plain creepy actually. I nvr understood before thinking it could be carried out fully logically. After having a taste of it, its not an addiction.. Just that suddenly there is a hole you never knew was there and you need to fill it NAO. Thank goodness for my filters or that hole may just yet be filled with crap? Which would set me on round 2 of nutness. Now i know what i am looking for :)
